Job Description

This postion is for a Business Services/Office Coordinator to support operations in a facilities mail room and office setting in Jersey City, NJ.
 
  • This is a hands-on role that involves regular interaction with team members and is client facing.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, along with general office support responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
  • The person in this role should be competent in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft applications, as well as web based sites.
 
The pay rate range is $22-$24 an hour.
Standard schedule of Mon – Fri; 9a-5p; 30 minute unpaid break. There is some flexibility in start/end times.
The preferred start date is as soon as possible.
 
Candidates can expect to participate in multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and support team.
