The Employee Central Business Systems Sr. Administrator will coordinate the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) components to ensure the seamless integration and operation of the SuccessFactors processes. This role partners with HR business stakeholders to define business requirements, configure solutions, support testing and implementation efforts, and provide troubleshooting support. The individual in this role will serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central processes, ensuring that the solutions align with both HR strategies and operational needs.Key Accountabilities System Configuration & Administration - 25% Administer the design, configuration, and deployment of Employee Central components.Oversee testing and coordination of biannual EC upgrade releasesSupport providing Employee Central quarterly SOX reporting and evidenceDirect and execute testing effortsAddress and resolve system issues during testing Stakeholder Collaboration & Support - 20% Act as the SME contact for HR, project teams, and IT.Support mass data loads and organizational changes Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand and deliver solutionsProvide guidance to HR teams on Employee Central toolsProvide ongoing system support and issue resolution Process Improvement & Strategic Alignment - 15% Continuously assess and enhance Employee Central processesProactively identify opportunities for process improvementTranslate HR business needs into functional/technical solutionsStay current with updates and best practices Key Accountabilities (Continued): Documentation, Compliance & Change Management - 15%Define and document business requirements, flows, and system configurations Develop and maintain comprehensive documentationSupervise change management during updates or rollouts Training & Enablement - 10% Provide training and support to HR users Testing & Quality Assurance - 10% Support unit, integration, and UAT testing.Ensure systems function as expected and meet quality standards Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting - 5% Timely resolution of system issuesMinimize disruption to HR processesQualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources Systems or related field 3+ years' experience as a HR Business Analyst/Business Process Owner Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central components Extensive experience in configuring, testing, and supporting processes in SuccessFactors Excellent functional analyst skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Able to work independently will minimal supervision Proficient in MS Office software Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking Conditions General office environment, including ability to use computing equipment and software applications, along with the ability to work remotely and with individuals who may work remotely. Must be able to conceptualize data processes and workflows and articulate complex technology processes through self-developed documents and/or direct communication.
