Victory Car Wash in Saint Petersburg, FL is looking for one car wash manager to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 10748 Gandy Blvd N. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities
This individual is responsible for ensuring all daily aspects of the car wash operation runs smoothly and safely
This includes hiring and developing a customer-first service team, building and fostering strong guest relationships, and processing high quality clean cars
This role will also ensure that safety is the number one priority at the location
Manage a cohesive team in a clean, fast-paced environment
Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, supply ordering, and inventory
Qualifications
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals
Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
Reliable transportation to and from the car wash
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
