Corporate Sales Representative Location Las Vegas, NV :

Outside Sales Manager

If so, you may be a great fit for our Corporate Sales Representative position! Pampas Las Vegas has been on the Las Vegas strip for 19 years and counting; we've grown to become an event space for various functions, developed a catering focus, and are working towards growing even further.

We are looking for a candidate with the drive to take our business opportunities in the food and beverage industry to the next level. This means identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with them to develop repeat business. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of sales from big box theme concepts. And while having your own ‘little black book' is a plus, it is not mandatory as we are excited to support you in developing a new client base .

Job Duties:

  • Identifying potential clients and understanding their needs
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to create new catering or event opportunities.
  • Proactively promote event packages and be apart of new event package discussions/development
  • Work with the Sales Development Representative and General Manager to coordinate events/catering
  • Effectively utilizing marketing channels to generate leads and secure bookings, while carefully managing the sales cycle through detailed proposals and contract negotiations
  • Ensure that contracts are signed and paid for within allotted time before event/catering dates to allow onsite team to properly prepare for the service.
  • Communicates regularly with Operations about catering sales initiatives, result metrics, as well as reflecting on how we can improve our existing materials/processes in creative ways.
  • Organize promotional events to enhance and grow our catering business.
  • Facilitate other sales functions as directed by Leadership/Operations.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Experience equivalent
  • 4+ years in catering sales and promotional experience
  • 3+ years in catering sales management experience with measurable sales numbers

Outside Sales Representative Physical Demands :

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is often required to stand, walk, go up and down stairs, and reach with arms and hands. The vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision, vision acceptable to legally drive. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
