Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, issues are resolved efficiently, and each client feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide detailed product and service information to clients.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.

• Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and billing.

• Contribute to developing FAQs, guides, and resources to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Previous customer service or client-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or design industry experience a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling difficult situations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online communication tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.
