Description About the Role: Robert Half is partnering with a well-established insurance company seeking a highly accurate and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. This role supports core business operations by ensuring that critical client and policy data is entered correctly and maintained with integrity. Key Responsibilities: + Enter and update policyholder and case information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy. + Review applications and documentation for completeness and follow up on missing information. + Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and ensure compliance with data quality standards. + Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner. + Assist with compiling reports, summaries, and data exports for internal teams. + Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth data flow and process consistency. + Support general administrative functions related to file management and data handling. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or insurance operations. + Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/database systems strongly preferred. + Excellent typing speed and data accuracy. + Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). + Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
