Job Description

Our patient-focused, digitally advanced office is expanding and looking for an associate dentist to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. About the Practice for the incoming Dentist:

• Primarily Adult based care
• Completely FFS and PPO
• $3.5 million in total average annual revenue
• 10+ seen on average by each provider on site
• Fully digital, Milling unit, Digital scanner, Ultrasonic canal locator, Implant printer

Compensation and Benefits for the Dentist:

• Starting daily guarantee of $700 for 3 months
• 33–35% of collections initially if preferred
• Lab fees fully covered by the practice
• Mentorship and CE allowance

Schedule of the Dentist:

• 4.5 days/week
• Off by 5:00 pm (Monday – Thursday)
• Half days on Fridays
• No evenings, weekends, or on call scheduling

Requirements of the Dentist

• 1+ year of in office work or completion of a Residency program
• Proficient in Molar endo required, Implant placement preferred
