Description The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading QuinStar’s HR function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization. This role provides strategic and hands-on support in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits, and compliance. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, the HR Manager promotes a positive workplace culture, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and drives initiatives that support retention, engagement, and organizational growth. - Coordinate with executive leadership to update and maintain personnel policies, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of employment regulations and escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
- Partner with legal counsel on employment-related matters.
- Oversee the leave of absence program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
- Consult proactively with managers and directors to ensure positive employee relations practices across the company.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, coaching, conflict management, and corrective actions.
- Provide performance management guidance to leaders, including career development and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct involuntary termination meetings with professionalism and fairness.
- Partner with management to identify current and future staffing needs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and selection processes, including interviews, background checks, offers, employment eligibility, and orientation.
- Implement retention initiatives by tracking exit interview trends and recommending improvement plans.
- Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process and oversee ongoing benefit enrollments and changes.
- Ensure accuracy of benefit billings and timely vendor payments.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and review pay structures that align with company objectives.
- Conduct training for new and existing managers in HR-related topics, including leadership development and policy compliance.
- Oversee company-wide training programs to ensure annual and regulatory requirements are met.
- Collaborate on the creation and revision of standardized job descriptions.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services to employees and management.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop departmental goals, objectives, systems, and processes that support organizational growth.
- Perform job analyses for new positions and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and review compensation structures.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data, generating reports to inform business decisions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and morale-building events, such as the Annual Picnic, Holiday Party, and other company activities.
- Support special projects, providing additional assistance and resources as needed.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively complex HR experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a management level HR role.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people including employees, customers, external business partners, all levels of management, and colleagues.
- Prone to working cooperatively as a leader and as a member of a team with a strong customer-service focus.
- Ability to have difficult conversations.
- Excellent working knowledge of all HR functions.
- Proactive and independent self-starter with the ability to effectively implement and align business goals and initiatives with HR processes and best practices.

Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
