How will you do itWe are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians who have experience with air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, Industrial chillers, AHU's or large roof top ducted units. Preferred experience in Industrial Petro-Chemical, or Data Center vertical environments. We also provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to perform your job and service our customers to the highest standard. bProvide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.What we look for Required Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for startup, commissioning, and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.Must be a member or willing to join a local Union. For qualified candidates, we can pay overscale.Minimum of 3 years of practical working experience on air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, industrial chillers, AHU's or large roof top ducted units with strong HVAC/ mechanical troubleshooting experience. Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers and/or ammonia / hydrocarbon system components.Maintain necessary safety training certifications.Extensive experience in HVAC systems, chilled water loops, pumping, compressor enthalpy, compressor trouble shooting and rebuild.Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, lasers, etc. of pumps, fans, compressors.Able to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot compressor drivelines.Proficient in the operations, trouble shooting and repair of large tonnage chiller 460 vac VSD's.Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities as well as aftermarket service trouble shooting.You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies. Able to write and communicate to the customer problem, cause, and corrective actions. Prioritize safety in all forms Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license
