Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Full-Time Vibe Marketer & Inside Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the USA. This role goes beyond just generating leads and you will play a vital part in supporting our North American go-to-market efforts, including inside sales coordination, trade show participation, and assisting with social media campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Manufacturer's Sales Representatives (MFG Reps), Distributors, and the broader sales and marketing teams to drive demand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Education and sales content creation using AI tools such as Image gen, video gen for our LinkedIn, X and Youtube platforms.
  • Assist with executing social media campaigns targeting North American prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and events.

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Research, build, and maintain a high-quality list of leads across key industry segments
  • Launch and manage outbound lead generation efforts via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our field sales teams and MFG Reps.

Inside Sales & Rep/Distributor Support

  • Provide inside sales support to MFG Reps and Distributors by supplying updated product information, lead follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and transitioned.

Demand Generation & Pre-Order Engagement

  • Drive pre-order awareness and sign-ups for new product launches.
  • Clearly articulate product value propositions and address questions during outreach.

Tradeshow & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for local and national trade shows which includes booth setup, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Represent Transcelestial at key industry events, building brand presence and gathering new leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in AI content creation, lead generation, inside sales, or sales development (preferably in a B2B or tech environment).
  • Proven experience in planning and executing effective social media campaigns that drive qualified lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with or understanding of the pre-order sales process is a plus.
