Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! • Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the hotel’s financial records.
• Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
• Prepares a summary of cash, checks, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel’s financial performance for the day.
• Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers. Verifies all account postings and balances.
• Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
• Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours

About Company: We are an 80-room select-service hotel in Polson, Montana. Our amenities include a pool and hot tub, fitness center, breakfast buffet, and on-site meeting space.
