Job Description

The Production Technician organizes and performs the day-to-day activities involved in completing production orders. This role contributes to the efficiency and productivity within the warehouse functions. Contributing to the smooth functioning and delivery of on- time shipments is of high priority within this role.

Main Responsibilities

General

• Cooperative attitude, focused on the timely preparation and completion of orders.
• Effective, professional, and timely, ongoing communication and intricate coordination with related departments, managers and staff to accomplish goals.
• Monitor and manage production stock levels.
• Continuous self-evaluation of productivity and suggestion of alternatives to increase productivity.

Core Responsibilities

▪ Effective communication with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency

▪ Complete production orders in a timely manner

▪ Confirm completed production orders in SAP

▪ Manage production stock levels

▪ Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

▪ Monitor consumable supplies

▪ Maintain a clean production area to ensure clean and safe work environment

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

• High level of dexterity to use power tools

Professional Experience

• 1-2 years of proven related job experience in warehouse operations
• Proven ability to successfully perform warehouse, shipping and receiving duties 
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with a proactive attitude
