This role will partner closely with Sales, Channel Management, and Strategy teams to align financial planning with business objectives, with a specific focus on ATM profitability, rollout timing, and budgeting/forecasting accuracy.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:The competencies required for success in the Senior Analyst role include:Budgeting, Forecasting & Rollout PlanningCollaborate with channel and deployment teams to forecast ATM rollouts and related impacts on revenue and costAlign budget timelines with expected go-live dates and update forecasts as timing or pipeline assumptions shiftTrack key volume and transaction assumptions tied to new installations and revenue growthCommercial Support & PricingDevelop and maintain pricing models to support deal structuring and customer negotiationsEvaluate pricing scenarios and recommend strategies to optimize margin and competitivenessProvide financial input into customer proposals, including custom pricing, incentives, and investment paybacksCapital Investment Decision SupportAnalyze capital allocation requests, including ATM placements, equipment upgrades, and contract buyoutsBuild business cases and ROI models for investments in growth initiativesMonitor performance against investment assumptions and escalate variance risksATM Profitability & Channel PerformanceOwn profitability models for active and prospective ATM placementsPartner with data and field ops teams to evaluate underperforming assets and support decision-making on optimization or removalDeliver reporting and insights by region, customer, or channel to support accountability and resource allocationCross-functional CollaborationServe as a finance business partner to Sales, Product, and Operations teamsTranslate business goals into financial outcomes and highlight risks/opportunities to leadershipHelp drive a culture of financial discipline and data-driven decision-makingMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in finance or business required3 - 5 years in finance or related field with experience in developing and working financial models. (Budget/Forecast)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Access and/or similar database applicationsAble to work with big data from various sourcesExcellent analytical and communication skillsWORKING CONDITIONS: This work is performed in a business office setting. The working environment in the call center can be distracting due to noise. Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. This position requires continuous looking at a computer screen and sitting while handling calls. Daily contact with management and with co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 10 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES: The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.
