About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager who is bilingual in Spanish and English , with a strong background in warehouse operations, procedures, and team management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and has the ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the warehouse facility daily; ensure security and operational readiness.
Oversee daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff; provide performance feedback and coaching.
Manage labor schedules to maintain adequate staffing and operational efficiency.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and resolve issues.
Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) – required.
Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, shipping/receiving operations, and inventory management systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse software systems.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the full scheduled hours.
